Redefining “Marketing” with Autonomous GTM Pipelines
Building enterprise Growth OS infrastructure for major tech clients.
- Goal
- Transition three high-growth B2B tech companies away from disjointed "random acts of content" and into a continuous delivery pipeline for revenue.
- Outcome
- Successfully migrated 3 enterprise AI/Tech clients to a centralized, custom-engineered Growth OS.
◆ The Situation
The objective was to engineer a central Growth OS that automated market research, unified brand voice across LLM workflows, and scaled GTM campaigns without relying on traditional bloated agency retainers.
Note: Client specifics and proprietary pipelines withheld under NDA. The following outlines the systemic architecture built across three enterprise tech clients.
◆ The Approach
Treated market expansion like a software release cycle. First, we mapped out the cross-departmental telemetry failures between engineering, sales, and marketing. Then, we engineered a unified Growth OS that integrated CRM data with automated editorial pipelines—enforcing strict CI/CD governance and hard negative-constraint filters so all generated GTM output bypassed generic AI tropes and locked directly into the technical founders' actual voices.
◆ The Work
- Audited existing SaaS tooling and mapped handoff failures between engineering, sales, and marketing
- Built a custom Marketing OS connecting CRM data, product telemetry, and AI editorial systems
- Enforced strict CI/CD governance for all content deployment
- Developed custom LLM workflows with rigorous negative constraints and voice anchors to keep output indistinguishable from the founding team's native tone
- Scaled organic and paid asset production while maintaining absolute fidelity to the founders' highly technical brand voices
