Oasis was a well-built but narratively stuck L1 blockchain competing in a crowded field. The opportunity: reposition the entire project around privacy-preserving AI—a genuinely differentiated category—before anyone else claimed it.

Built the rebrand around ROFL (Runtime OFf-chain Logic)—a technically real capability that became the narrative anchor for a new category: the privacy layer for the AI stack. Repositioning wasn't just messaging work; it required rebuilding the entire content and campaign infrastructure around a new thesis.

- Led narrative and positioning workshops to establish category leadership
- Directed multiple product launches and rebrands: Emerald EVM, Sapphire EVM, Oasis Privacy Layer, ROFL
- Built and managed co-marketing network of 100+ partners
