◆ The Situation
Oasis was a well-built, albeit narratively stuck L1 blockchain competing in a crowded field. The project needed someone to do a complete overhaul of their brand, social, content, and product marketing. The opportunity: position the entire project around privacy-preserving AI, a genuinely differentiated category, before anyone else claimed it.
◆ The Approach
Built the rebrand around ROFL (Runtime OFf-chain Logic), a technical capability that became the narrative anchor for a new category: the privacy layer for the AI stack. Repositioning wasn't just messaging work; it required rebuilding Oasis' visual, content, and product identity around a new thesis.

- Led narrative and positioning workshops to establish category leadership
- Completed an entire visual redesign for the Oasis brand, involving community stakeholders in the final decision
- Implemented brand new messaging across all key products and marketing channels
- Directed multiple product launches and rebrands: Emerald EVM, Sapphire EVM, Oasis Privacy Layer, ROFL
- Built and managed co-marketing network of 100+ partners
- Owned all content, messaging, and brand assets across social, blog, and ads
- Produced ETHDam, Oasis' flagship branded developer event
- Grew @oasisprotocol from 20K → 200K+ on X
